In this study, a multimaterial topology optimization method using a single variable is proposed by combining the solid isotropic material with penalization method and the reaction-diffusion equation. Unlike ordinary multimaterial optimization, which requires several variables depending on the number of material types, this method intends to represent various materials as one variable. The proposed method combines two special functions in the sensitivity analysis of the objective function to converge the design variable into prespecified density values defined for each of the multimaterials. The composition constraint based on a normal distribution function is also introduced to estimate the distribution of each target density value in a single variable. It enables density exchange between multiple materials by increasing or decreasing the amount of a specific material. The proposed method is applied to structural and electromagnetic problems to verify its effectiveness, and its usefulness is also confirmed from the viewpoint of cost and computation time.  相似文献

The rapid development of information and communication technologies (ICTs) and cyber–physical systems (CPSs) has paved the way for the increasing popularity of smart products. Context-awareness is an important facet of product smartness. Unlike artifacts, various bio-systems are naturally characterized by their extraordinary context-awareness. Biologically inspired design (BID) is one of the most commonly employed design strategies. However, few studies have examined the BID of context-aware smart products to date. This paper presents a structured design framework to support the BID of context-aware smart products. The meaning of context-awareness is defined from the perspective of product design. The framework is developed based on the theoretical foundations of the situated function–behavior–structure ontology. A structured design process is prescribed to leverage various biological inspirations in order to support different conceptual design activities, such as problem formulation, structure reformulation, behavior reformulation, and function reformulation. Some existing design methods and emerging design tools are incorporated into the framework. A case study is presented to showcase how this framework can be followed to redesign a robot vacuum cleaner and make it more context-aware.  相似文献

为了研究多孔复合管膜对钢铁产业污水的过滤性能及其过滤机理,采用静滴法做了水滴和油滴在复合管膜上的润湿性研究。采用扫描电镜、EDS等手段分析了使用前后的多孔复合管膜外壁及内壁的结构及成分,分析了含油污水中固体颗粒及油的过滤机理,并利用视频光学接触角测量仪测量水滴和油滴在复合管膜上接触角随时间的变化速率。结果表明,在污水过滤过程中,水中小于管膜表层微孔孔径的氧化铁等杂质进入复合管膜内部,无法随水流穿过复合管膜膜层,积累在管膜内部;随着管膜使用时间延长,氧化铁等杂质在复合管膜内部积累量增多。水在复合管膜上的润湿性良好,油滴在复合管膜上是不润湿的。  相似文献

In this paper, a combined compact finite difference method (CCD) together with alternating direction implicit (ADI) scheme is developed for two-dimensional linear and nonlinear hyperbolic telegraph equations with variable coefficients. The proposed CCD-ADI method is second-order accurate in time variable and sixth-order accurate in space variable. For the linear hyperbolic equation, the CCD-ADI method is shown to be unconditionally stable by using the Von Neumann stability analysis. Numerical results for both linear and nonlinear hyperbolic equations are presented to illustrate the high accuracy of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper addresses the issue of reliable load frequency control design of an uncertain multi-area power system with constant time delays and disturbances via non-fragile sampled-data control approach. In particular, the parameter uncertainties are assumed to be randomly occurring which are described by the Bernoulli distributed sequences. By constructing a suitable Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional together with Wirtinger-based inequality, a new set of sufficient conditions in terms of linear matrix inequalities is obtained to ensure the asymptotic stability and extended dissipativity of the multi-area power system not only when all actuators are operational, but also in case of some actuator failures. Finally, simulation results are conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed control design technique.  相似文献

The container cloud represented by Docker and Kubernetes has the advantages of less additional resource overhead and shorter start-up and destruction time.However there are still resource management issues such as over-supply and under-supply.In order to allow the Kubernetes cluster to respond “in advance” to the resource usage of the applications deployed on it,and then to schedule and allocate resources in a timely,accurate and dynamic manner based on the predicted value,a cloud resource prediction model based on triple exponential smoothing method and temporal convolutional network was proposed,based on historical data to predict future demand for resources.To find the optimal combination of parameters,the parameters were optimized using TPOT thought.Experiments on the CPU and memory of the Google dataset show that the model has better prediction performance than other models.  相似文献

Product features can be classified into different categories based on customer opinions. The rapid development of artificial intelligence and machine learning paves the way toward computational analysis of customer reviews for opinion mining. This paper presents an Intelligent Kano framework to extract, quantify, and classify different product features based on customer reviews. The framework is enabled by a novel integration of multiple artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques such as sentiment analysis and anomaly detection. A case study is conducted to validate the framework’s effectiveness. Over 12,000 customer reviews on two coffee machines are analyzed for the classification.  相似文献
